Meet Delaney Morgan
Delaney Morgan is the Broker-in-Charge and Owner of The Highland Company Real Estate. Licensed as a REALTOR® since 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Marketing from the University of South Carolina, she holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) designations — and has served more than 100 families across the Midlands.
She specializes in probate and estate sales, inherited homes, downsizing, and senior transitions — guiding families through some of the most emotionally and logistically complex decisions in real estate. Her approach is honest, patient, and educational. Never rushed and never salesy.
